RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/572 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Hess Concrete Construction Co., Inc., for the Morgan Territory Road Bridges 4.30 and 4.40 Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Clayton area. County Project No. 0662-6U4145 (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

Project was funded by 100% Local Road Funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of November 5, 2018.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
