FISCAL IMPACT:

This amendment is funded 100% by Hospital Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase)

BACKGROUND:

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)

Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #23-613-2 will allow the contractor to provide additional hours of consulting and recruitment services for hard to fill positions in the Information Systems Unit through December 31, 2017.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this amendment is not approved, the Information Systems Unit will not have access to the contractor’s services.
