RECOMMENDATION(S):

RE-APPOINT the following individual to the District V seat on the Countywide Bicycle Advisory Committee to a term ending December 31, 2020, as recommended by Supervisor Federal D. Glover:

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

BACKGROUND:

The duties of the Countywide Bicycle Advisory Committee are to provide input to the County and the cities of the County on bicycle projects for Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds to construct bicycle/pedestrian projects and also provide advice to cities and the County on bicycle planning matters. The Countywide Bicycle Advisory Committee meets once a year to advise the County and the cities on which projects should be a priority for application of Transportation Development Act Funds.
