RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/421 accepting completion of improvements for minor subdivision MS13-00007, for a project developed by Ronald L. Carter, as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)  
  

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Developer Fees.  
  

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.  
  

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
