3. RECOMMEND the following appointments on the Local Planning and Advisory Council for Early Care and Education with term expirations as specified below, as recommended by the County Office of Education:

Public Agency 2 Central/South County Seat with a term expiring April 30, 2017:
Edirle Menezes, Ph.D, resident of San Ramon working for a public agency in Concord

Child Care Provider 4 East County Seat with a term expiring April 30, 2018:
Stacie Cooper-Roundtree, resident of Antioch providing child care services in Antioch
 

Accepted recommendation and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors.

4. ACCEPT the report from the Health Services Department on the six month implementation of the County's Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors and AB 1421 (Laura's Law), and forward the report to the Board of Supervisor for approval.
 

Accepted the report and directed staff to forward to the Board of Supervisors. The Committee asked the department to return with an update in 2017 after the first full year implementation data is available, likely around August 2017. Speakers: Douglas Dunn, Linda Dunn, Victoria Ghulam, and Kay Derrico from NAMI.

7. No additional meetings are scheduled for the 2016 Family and Human Services Committee.
             
8. Adjourn
