RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/687 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for SD16-9326, for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for SD16-09326 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
