RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/684 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the Deferred Improvement Agreement for land use permit LP14-2068, for a project developed by JDF Holdings, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

This Deferred Improvement Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 14 of land use permit LP14-2068.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Deferred Improvement Agreement will not be approved and executed.
