RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/681 approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS14-0006, for a project being developed by MMA Homes 2013 LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS14-0006 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Parcel Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
