RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE amended Conflict of Interest Code for the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District ("District").

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The District has amended the list of Designated Positions of it Conflict of Interest Code and submitted the revised list, attached as Exhibit A, to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5.

The revised list includes the deletion and addition of positions designated to file conflict of interest statements to reflect the District's current organizational structure. These changes are shown on the attached strike-out version. (See Exhibit B)

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

None.
