RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/658 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD08-09245, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, A Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., A Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)  
  

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The terminal date of the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) needs to be extended. (Approximately 100% of the work has been completed to date.) The development is in the warranty period and the bond needs to be kept up to date.



CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The terminal date of the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) will not be extended.
