RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE the updated In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee Policies and Procedures as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

Not applicable.

BACKGROUND:

The In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Advisory Committee Policies and Procedures have been revised to provide clarity to the definition of the Advisory Committee Policies and Procedures and refine the document formatting.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Public Authority Advisory Committee Policies and Procedures would not accurately reflect the Committee's activities.
