RECOMMENDATION(S):
Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Interagency Agreement #28–324-1 with West Contra Costa Unified School District, a government agency, to pay County an amount not to exceed $100,000, to provide case management and outpatient mental health services, for the period from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this Interagency Agreement will result in a total payment to the County not to exceed $100,000. (No County match)
