RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Rachele Dawn Gomez to the Low Income Seat 2 on the Economic Opportunity Council, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Interim Director.

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Gomez is appointed to the Low-Income Seat 2 with a term ending on June 30, 2013. Her address is: 3652 Wells Rd., Oakley, CA 94561

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Economic Opportunity Council will be unable to have a quorum conduct routine business.
