RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the resignation of Jeff Ficker, DECLARE a vacancy on the County Service Area M-16 Citizens Advisory Committee, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Glover.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The purpose of the County M-16 Citizens Advisory Committee is to advise the Board of Supervisors regarding the desires of the community in the following areas: street lighting facilities and services, recreation and park services.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat would remain unfilled.
