RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the resignation of Marina Ramos, DECLARE a vacancy in District V, Rodeo Municipal Advisory Council, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Glover.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Established on February 15, 1994 by Resolution No. 94/94, the purpose of the Rodeo Municipal Advisoty Committee (MAC) is to formulate recommendations for future Rodeo MAC operations.

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)

The Rodeo MAC is comprised of seven members serving staggered terms: 2, 4, and 6 serves for three years; and 1,3,5, and 7 serves for two years.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Position will remain unfilled.
