RECOMMENDATION(S):

REAPPOINT Domingo Delgadillo to the Private/Non-Profit Seat No. 2 on the Economic Opportunity Council, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

BACKGROUND:

Appointment foThe Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) is a federally mandated advising body linked with Community Action programs nationwide. The EOC has three sectors: Public, Private, and Low-Income. The mission of the Contra Costa County Economic Opportunity Council (EOC) is to advise the Board and the Employment Human Services Department, Community Services Bureau, on matters related to the development and execution of the County's Community Action Plan to assist individuals and families residing in Contra Costa County to economic self-sufficiency.  
  
Mr. Delgadillo is being recommended for reappointment to the Private/Non-Profit Seat No. 2 with a term date of June 30, 2013. His address is 5320 Mojave Way, Antioch, CA 94531.
