RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/600 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Oak View Avenue between Colusa Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue, on every Sunday beginning January 2, 2011 until January 1, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., for the purpose of a farmer's market, Kensington area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
