Convene and call to order DELIBERATION ITEMS – The Board will consider and take action on the following item: D.1 PUBLIC COMMENT on agenda items (3 Minutes/Person) CLOSED SESSION A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT Title: County Counsel The County will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Board meetings who contact the Clerk of the Board before the meeting, at (925) 335-1900; TDD (925) 335-1915. An assistive listening device is available from the Clerk, Room 106. Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Board of Supervisors less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, 1st floor, during normal business hours.
