RECOMMENDATION(S):
A. APPROVE Purchase and Sale Agreement and ACCEPT the Grant Deed dated, December 15, 2009 from 1546 3rd Street, LLC for the purchase of 1546 Third Street, North Richmond, identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 409-080-020.
B. AUTHORIZE the Redevelopment Director to execute said Purchase and Sale Agreement on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
