RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT report on the activities and achievements of the Contra Costa County Service Integration Program, as recommended by the Family and Human Services Committee.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

On November 16, 2009 the Family and Human Services Committee received a report from the Employment and Human Services Department, Service Integration Program on the activities and achievements. The Committee accepted the report, thanked staff for their efforts in the community and requested that the report be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for review and acceptance.
