RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/572 accepting completion of private improvements, for MS 90-00141, for project being developed by Charles M. Farr and Lorraine A. Farr, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer completed the private improvements required of the minor subdivision.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The private improvements will not be accepted as complete, the developer will not receive a refund of their cash deposit, the Subdivision Agreement and performance/maintenance surety (letter of credit) will not be exonerated.
