1.				Introductions
				The meeting was called to order at 9:01 AM.

2.				Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
				No one requested to speak during the public comment period.

3.				RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the October 3, 2022 Finance Committee meeting.
				The Committee approved the Record of Action from the October 3, 2022 meeting as presented.

4.				RECEIVE report on Countywide Single Audit for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021.
				The Committee received the report on the Countywide Single Audit for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2021. Chief Assistant County Administrator, Tim Ewell, and David Bullock, auditor for Macias, Gini, and O'Connell, LLP, provided background and discussed findings from the report. Comments were received from two members of the public.

5.				The next meeting is currently scheduled for December 5th, 2022.
