RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/398 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Hillgrade Avenue between Lunada Lane and Crest Avenue, on November 14, 2022 and November 15, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m., for the purpose of replacing a utility pole and installing a switch, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) has requested to close the road during construction for public safety due to the narrow road and blind corner at the construction site. Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.  

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
