RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/372 accepting for recording purposes only an offer of dedication for land use permit LP20-02029, for a project being developed by Ulrich Wingens, as successor Trustee of The Ulrich Wingens 1989 Revocable Trust, dated April 6, 1989, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Byron area. (District III)

BACKGROUND:

The offer of dedication is required per Condition of Approval No. 39.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded and compliance with the requisite condition of approval will remain unfulfilled.
