RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/366 accepting completion of private improvements for road improvement agreement RA04-01181 (cross-reference subdivision SD80-06013) for a project developed by SDC Delta Coves, LLC a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bethel Island area. (District III)  

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.  

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
