RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the Contra Costa County Public Law Library Board of Trustees Fiscal Year 2018/19 Report.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact

BACKGROUND:

Per Resolution No. 2011/497, each Advisory Body shall submit an annual report to the Board of Supervisors on its activities, accomplishments, membership attendance, required training/certification and proposed work plan or objectives for the following year.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If the report is not accepted, the Board will not have an official record of the Public Law Library Board of Trustees activities in the past year.
