RECOMMENDATION(S):

REAPPOINT Clark Wallace to the District 3 seat on the Assessment Appeals Board to a term expiring September 1, 2020, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The District III seat expired September 1, 2017. Applications were accepted and the recommendation to reappoint the above individual was then determined.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat will remain vacant.
