RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/402 approving and authorizing the Interim Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close the north bound lanes of Danville Boulevard between Orchard Lane and Jackson Way, and to fully close Jackson Way at the intersection with Danville Boulevard, on December 3, 2017, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of the Annual Alamo Tree Lighting event, Alamo area. (District II)

BACKGROUND:

Application shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
