ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/391 accepting an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for development permit DP15-03040, for a project being developed by Seaver Enterprises, LLC, a California limited liability company, as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)
