RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/348 accepting completion of improvements, accepting right of way dedication, and approving reduction of performance bond amount for the Road Improvement Agreement for development plan permit DP14-03041 for a project developed by IPT Richmond DC III LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the project’s Conditions of Approval.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted, the right of way dedication will not be accepted, and the performance bond amount will not be reduced.
