Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).

RECOMMEND that the Board of Supervisors AUTHORIZE the Director, Department of Conservation and Development, or designee, to submit Just Transition Economic Revitalization Plan Draft Grant Materials to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
