RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the District 3 seat on the Arts and Culture Commission, previously held by Grant Taylor due to resignation, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Taylor notified the District Office on September 27, 2021 of his resignation from the Arts and Culture Commission.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

District 3 would be unable to fill the vacant seat.
