TWIC Referral #11: Monitor and report on the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan (ECCHCP)
Update: The ECCHCP produces an annual report (attached) covering their activities in 2018 which includes project permitting, land acquistion, habitat restoration, and partnerships (aquisition, management, restoration).
