RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/505 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for land use permit LP14-2018, for a project being developed by The Athenian School, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Diablo area. (District III)

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 41.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and the Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
