RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Risk Management, to execute a purchase order with Ventiv Technology, Inc., in the amount of $221,447 for workers' compensation and liability claims management system maintenance and annual software licensing for the period from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 as recommended by the Director of Risk Management.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Costs are supported through Countywide inter-departmental charges to the Internal Service Funds for workers' compensation and general liability.
