RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/352 accepting completion of landscape improvements for a Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD02-08634, for a project being developed by Taylor Morrison of California, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
