RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/348 accepting completion of public improvements for subdivision SD16-09301 for a project developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Interim Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted.
