FISCAL IMPACT:

This contract is funded 80% by CCHP Enterprise Fund II and 20% by Mental Health Services Act. (No rate increase)

BACKGROUND:

On November 8, 2016, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #27-565-18 with DocuStream, Inc. for the period from November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017, for the provision of claims processing services including scanning, storage encryption and retrieval.
