RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/568 accepting completion of private improvements for Drainage Acceptance DG13-00071 (cross-reference subdivision SD97-07996), for a project developed by Toll Land XII L.P. as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the private improvements per the Drainage Acceptance, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of private improvements will not be accepted.
