RECOMMENDATION(S):
ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/544 for a substitute subdivision agreement for subdivision SD87-06844, for a project being developed by Reliez Valley Investors, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The property has been sold and a new subdivision agreement is required.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The subdivision agreement will not be in the name of the current subdivider/owner.
