5.   CONSIDER approving and authorizing the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to execute a contract with AtHoc Inc., in an amount not to exceed $3,800,000 for the provision of proprietary software maintenance for the County's Community Warning System for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021.
