RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/367 approving the Final Map for subdivision SD14-09341, for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD14-09341 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. Improvements were constructed under Road Improvement Agreement RA12-01250.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Final Map will not be approved and recorded.
