RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/365 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of San Pablo Dam Road in El Sobrante between El Portal Drive and Appian Way on September 20, 2015 from 6:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of the 22nd Annual El Sobrante Stroll. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
