Gabriel Lemus, CDBG Program Planner with the Department of Conservation and Technology presented a report and recommendation regarding allocating $50,000 in recaptured CDBG funds to the following two projects: Ambrose Recreation and Park District ($35,000) for new flooring in the Community Center's auditorium and Community Housing and Development Corporation of North Richmond ($15,000) for the North Richmond Senior/Community Center. The Committee asked questions of the District and Community Center representatives, considered the proposals, and recommended the Committee forward a recommendation for approval to the full Board of Supervisors. |
