3.   RECOMMEND the appointment of Deborah McGrath to At-Large Seat #2 on the Committee for a term expiring on September 30. 2016 and forward the recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.

4.   CONSIDER the recommendations from CDBG staff regarding the policy for allocation of block grant funds and other staff recommendations and forward the Committee's recommendation to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.  (Gabriel Lemus, CDBG Program Planner)

5.   CONSIDER accepting annual update on the Independent Living Skills Program (ILSP) and forward the information to the Board of Supervisors.  (Joan Miller, Interim Children and Family Services Bureau Director)

6.   CONSIDER accepting the report from the Employment and Human Services Department on the Community Services Bureau and Head Start Programs and forwarding the information to the Board of Supervisors.  (Camilla  Rand, Community Services Bureau Director)
