RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the 2021 Annual Report from the Hazardous Materials Commission.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact for this action.

BACKGROUND:

Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2020/1 requires that each regular and ongoing board, commission, or committee shall annually report to the Board of Supervisors on its activities, accomplishments, membership attendance, required training/certification (if any), and proposed work plan or objectives for the following year.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this report is not accepted, the Hazardous Materials Commission will be out of compliance with Board of Supervisors Resolution No. 2020/1.
