RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignation of Heather Stark, DECLARE a vacancy in the Local Committee Alamo Danville Seat on the Advisory Council on Aging, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Employment and Human Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Stark was reappointed to this position on September 30, 2012 for a term that expires on September 30, 2014.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Advisory Council on Aging may be unable to conduct routine business.
