RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignation of Arnie Kasendorf, DECLARE a vacancy in Local Committee Richmond Seat on the Advisory Council on Aging, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Department.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Kasendorf was reappointed to this position on Septmber 30, 2012 with an expiration date of September 30, 2014

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Advisory Council on aging may have difficulty conducting routine business.
