RECOMMENDATION(S):
Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County as follows:
1. Cancellation Agreement #23-326-10 with Aspira Technologies, Inc., a corporation, effective on the close of business on November 30, 2012; and
2. Contract #23-326-11 with Aspira Technologies, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $700,000, to provide consultation and technical assistance to the Department’s Information Systems Unit for the period from December 1, 2012 through November 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded by Enterprise I Budget. (Rate increase)
