RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2013/4372 to prohibit parking between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on Sundays only, on both sides of a portion of Oak View Avenue (Road No.1655C), Kensington area, District I.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Restricted parking on Sundays over a portion of Oak View Avenue will allow the Kensington Farmers Market to operate.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Unable to use the local authorities’ power to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
